It’s imperative to understand the rules and regulations governed by the Department of Homeland Security pertaining to F-1 work authorization. Our team will help you understand the rules and regulations for both Optional Practical Training and Curricular Practical Training.
Form Filing:
The case manager will assist with the completion of the following forms:
- I-765 forms
- I-539 forms
- OPT/ STEM Request for Evidence (RFE)
- Appeals and Motions (Change of Status and OPT)
The case manager will review and respond to all RFE appeals and motions in a timely manner.
