Omega Barrow is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Global Resource Firm, bringing more than 16 years of professional experience advising international students and families on U.S. education-related matters. She holds dual degrees in Business Administration and International Business and is a certified life coach with advanced specialization in both business strategy and personal development.
Throughout her career, Omega has successfully guided thousands of F-1 students through the U.S. student visa process, from initial application to lawful entry into the United States. Her expertise includes non-immigration advisory services, F-1 compliance support, and change of status matters, including transitions from B-1/B-2 to F-1/F-2. She is widely recognized for her ability to navigate complex procedural requirements while maintaining a clear, compliant, and results-driven approach.
Omega’s work extends beyond individual advising. She has led educational seminars and empowerment initiatives for women, gaining recognition from The Washington Post for her contributions. She is also an independent author of Journey the Mind of Woman: Short Stories of Wisdom for Women, a self-published work reflecting her insight into resilience and personal growth.
As both an entrepreneur and strategic advisor, Omega offers a rare dual perspective combining corporate acumen with coaching expertise. This allows her to support clients in achieving measurable outcomes while developing the confidence and clarity necessary for long-term success.
